My Macbook Atmosphere arrives with á Swiss kéyboard (QWERTZ). The 'AT' sign (@) is imprinted on the H essential, as shown here:
This works perfectly, pressing the right-Alt essential, under OSX.
Re: HTML5 access: swiss-french keyboard layout Well, if you try to understand how Guacamole and RDP work together, you will find out that in fact the keyboard layout you use on your local machine does not necessarily need to be the one used in the remote session for it to work.
However, under Bootcamp, I did not find the right Windows establishing for my kéyboard.
Making use of the regular German Swiss keyboard setting results in this Iayout:
which are usually missing under OSX (provided that I manage to remember where they are mapped, as they are not printed on keys).
What puzzles me, certainly, will be the @ image.
It is published on the Gary the gadget guy key, and it can be intended to be available with the right-Alt essential, as the various other 'alternative' icons. But with the 'German Swiss' keyboard installed, the @ icons appears just pushing 'Best Alt'+2, and nothing appears pressing 'best aIt'+G.
Hów can I fix my system, so that also under Home windows I can produce the @ symbol by pushing the H key together with the perfect Alt key?
The greatest would become the likelihood to change the important caps, so that they show the correct symbol based to the 'german born Swiss' layout shown here over.
But I perform not know if the essential caps can end up being transformed on the Macbook Atmosphere (as I do succesfully on my old 17' Macbook Professional).
Or is it achievable to appy peel off stickers over the secrets?
However, furthermore a software repair for just the @ sign would already be good!
